Welcome to the Question & Answer

Welcome To Our Frequently Asked Questions

A:  Our sales team is here to serve you from 8:00 - 6:00  CST Monday - Friday

Q  When can I call customer or technical support?

A  Our Customer and Technical Support Teams are here 9:00 - 4:00 CST Monday - Friday

Q:  What does "Refurbished" mean?

A:  Click Here to view a clearer definition of "Refurbished"

Q:  Do you ship to Canada?

A:  Yes, but not at the same rates.  Due to extra fees, you must call in if shipping to Canada for special rates.

Q:  Do you ship to Hawaii?

A:  We can ship anywhere in the U.S., but we must warn you that shipping  by FedEx is very expensive and will fall under special rates outside of the continental U.S.  It will be better and cheaper for you to buy locally.  Shipping USPS is unaffected, and the same price as seen on our website!  Call 1.866.853.4234 for special shipping rates.

Q:  How long will it take to ship my product?

A:  Click Here to view Fed-ex map with expected time for shipping

Q:  Will this Power Supply work in my computer

A:  Honestly, we do not know.  Our best advice is to search the model number on our website first.  If you cannot find it, then go to our Google Search at the bottom of our page and find a compatible power supply.  When comparable supply is found, then go back and search our website again for the model number.

Q:  Why does my computer have an amber light on the front instead of green?

A:  Shipping can be a rough process.  In most cases, the processor has become dislodged and needs to be re-seated on the mother board. This is a simple process and can be done in minutes. See video below.

  • Squeeze side buttons and open the machine.

  • You will see a larger piece of metal we call a "Heat Sink"

  • On one side of this Heat Sink there will be a lever that holds it down.

  • Lift up this lever and remove the Heat Sink to View the processor.

  • There will be another latch holding down the processor.

  • Lift this latch, remove the processor and then re-seat it into its place.

  • There is only one way the processor will fit in, so you cannot put it in wrong, but don't force the processor into the mother board!  If it doesn't fall in, it is probably turned the wrong way. On one corner of the processor there is a hole. Align the hole with the top left corner of the processor's socket on the mother board.

  • Replace Heat Sink and close all latches.

  • Be sure to check all cables, memory, and make sure they are all firmly connected before closing.

  • If this does not fix the problem, or you find yourself not sure what to do at any point during this process, please try watching this demonstration below, or call us @ 1.866.853.4234

Q:  Why is my 650 not showing video?

A:  Again shipping is a rough process for a computer.  As stated before, open your machine.

  • Find the card where you plug in your monitor.

  • Push down on the card evenly on both sides to make sure it is completely seated down

  • Then tighten the screw holding it in.

  • Be sure to check all cables, memory, and make sure they are all firmly connected before closing.

  • If this does not fix the problem, or you find yourself not sure what to do at any point during this process, please call us @ 1.866.853.4234

We would again like to stress the fact that in no way do we want you to try to do anything to your system that you are uncomfortable with.  We only are trying to save you time by avoiding the return shipping process, and risk of the same problem occurring again when shipping back to you.  Technical Support is here to help, and can better guide you through these processes!
