- Complete the Credit Application.
- Print out the Credit Application.
- Sign the Credit Application
- Fax to (903) 592-2168 or mail the application to the location listed on the form.
You will receive notification of your account status within two business days.
Once your account is approved, you will receive an email notifying you of your status and you can
immediately start using your new hcditrading.com Business Account.
Please note:
- Your Email address is extremely important, because it notifies you of the following:
Account Status, Order Status and Invoice.
- You need to complete the entire Account Registration form and create a new account,
