- Ethics

- Fraud
Hcditrading.com reserves the right to monitor order activity to ensure a fair process. Hcditrading.com also reserves the right to reject any order deemed to be made in bad faith, or that may be in violation of local laws, taxes or restrictions.
It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card. Hcditrading.com strict policy to ship orders to the address of the cardholders bank statement address only. If the ship to address does not match with the address on file by the bank, the order will be at risk of being delayed or cancelled. If the ship to address is different than the billing address, the customer needs to call their issuing bank and file the ship to address with the credit card issuing bank, in return the issuing bank will note the account with the change.
Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Web browsers transmit a unique address that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify fraudulent activity. Both the FBI and the US Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet fraud cases.
- Customer Cancellation Policy
It is Hcditrading.com policy to allow customers to automatically cancel orders that were placed in error, provided the cancellation request is made within 4-hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service advisors to do so.
- Shipping
Due
to the Holidays: Orders will not be guaranteed for Christmas Delivery
after Today 12/17/2007. If it is important that a package makes it by
Christmas, please call in to make special shipping arrangements.
Hcditrading.com offers a variety of shipping options to meet your shipping
needs. Hcditrading.com uses only premium carriers (FedEx, USPS) with Next
Day and 2 Day options are available at an additional cost to the customer. The
shipping charges associated with each listing is for FedEx Ground only with in the
48 contiguous states unless marked as USPS. Any package shipped via USPS can be
delivered to Hawaii & Peurto Rico at no additional charge. All customers wishing to ship outside the 48 states will
be subject to all tariffs and shipping charges when shipping. Please contact Customer Service
for these charges. All deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage.
Please note the posted shipping time frame is listed on the individual product page and may vary from item to item. A Saturday delivery option is not available.
The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties getting authorization.
There may be occasional delays beyond the posted order processing time. If your order is delayed beyond the posted shipping timeframe, onsalesoftware.com will send you an e-mail notifying you of this delay. If you wish to cancel during this time, you may do so by contacting our Customer Service Department. If you do not request a cancellation the product will be shipped as soon as it is received.
Whenever possible, we will attempt to ship multiple items together to reduce shipping charges.

- Order Cancellation
Hcditrading.com reserves the right to cancel orders, change posted quantities, remove items from sale or re-offer items that were previously withdrawn.
We further reserve the right to cancel a sale or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise, including Surplus goods, that are posted in error, unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error.
- Order Cancellation
Hcditrading.com reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error.
No backordered item will be kept open beyond 30 days without the consent of the customer. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the shipment is delayed beyond the represented shipping time. If the ordered product(s) do not ship within the represented time, Hcditrading.com will honor any request for cancellation received prior to the actual shipment of the product(s).
- Advertising Disclaimer
Please note that actual products may differ slightly from picture. Hcditrading.com is not responsible for typographical, pricing, product information, advertising or shipping errors. Advertised prices and available quantities are subject to change without notice. Prices advertised in the Clearance email are valid for 5 days from the date of issue.
- Payment and Sales Tax
Hcditrading.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Optima and Discover credit cards. We also accept all government, universities and fortune 1000 Purchase orders, and C.O.D payments for all purchases.
Purchase Orders are accepted upon credit approval and payable on net 30-day terms. Please see our Business Accounts area for details.
All payments must be in US Dollars. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order.
Sales Tax will be charged depending on the shipping addressed as required by law.
Sales Tax
Orders billed by Hcditrading.com will include sales tax on all shipments to TEXAS. For orders billed directly by one of our vendors, please review the product description page for the appropriate states that sales tax will be charged. Hcditrading.com accepts TEXAS reseller certificates only if they are submitted prior to purchasing the product. To submit your Reseller Certificate to Hcditrading.com, call customer care for instructions.
Sales Policy
Hcditrading.com stands behind every product we sell. Most products are covered under a warranty, which is detailed in the product's description. If applicable, manufacturer's warranties apply from the date of shipment. Please see the warranty information within the product description for more details.
Defective Products and Missing Parts
Contact the warranty service provider for defective products and missing parts. To look up the warranty, go to the Orders and Shipping area in Customer Service. If, after contacting the warranty service provider, the product has not been repaired to your satisfaction, Hcditrading.com will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution. In this event, submit a Defective Product Service Request or a Missing Part Service Request
all other Claims
Submit a Customer Service Request directly to Hcditrading.com within 7 days of receipt of your order for the following:
- Product not as advertised
- Wrong quantity shipped
- Wrong item shipped
- Freight damage
All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns that do not include all peripherals may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis. All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. Hcditrading.com does not accept returns on opened boxes unless proven defective. Defective products may be returned for a replacement order. Please see the product description page for warranty details. Refused shipments will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping fees.
