A:  We follow a strict Quality Assurance Process. This ensures that your Refurbished Computer order is checked, tracked and tested before shipping. All of our Refurbished Laptops and computers undergo these strict testing guidelines to ensure quality.

Q:  Do you ship Refurbished Computers to Canada?

A:  Yes, we can ship almost all of our products to Canada, including Refurbished Laptops and Computers...but not at the same rates.  Due to extra fees, you must call in if requesting shipping to Canada for special rates. 

Q:  Do you ship Refurbished Computers and Laptops to Hawaii? Alaska?

A:  We can ship anywhere in the U.S., but only under the warning that shipping by FedEx can grow very expensive very quickly and will fall under special rates outside of the 48 states in the continental U.S.  It will be better and cheaper for you to buy your refurbished computers, laptops and any other larger item locally.  Shipping USPS is unaffected, and the same price as seen on our website!

Q:  Will any Power Supply work in my computer?

A:  Power Supply compatibility varies between refurbished computers and laptops.  Our best advice is to search the model number on our website first.  If you cannot find it, then go to our Google Search at the bottom of our page and find a compatible power supply.  When a comparable supply is found, then go back and search our website again for the model number.
