Shipping Info for Refurbished Computers or Laptops
Q: What shipping options are available on
refurbished computers and laptops?
A: We offer a variety of shipping options and services for your refurbished
computer or refurbished laptop order. Our standard delivery method is Fed
Ex ground, by which handling time is usually 3-10 days plus transit time on the
truck. However, you may call us to request a number of alternatives,
including blind drop shipping, expedite, same-day shipping and more, so that you
get your refurbished computer when you want it, how you want it. Additional fees
may apply.
Q: When will I receive my shipment if I ordered refurbished computers or a
refurbished laptop online?
A: As with any shipment, the transit time may vary - especially when
you've opted to receive your refurbished computer via FedEx Ground. During
the holidays, the shipment time fluctuates even more. We ask that our
customers allow at least 3-10 days handling time on refurbished laptops and
refurbished computers. Beyond the standard handling time, you can find out
a typical transit time from our warehouse to your location by calling us or
checking with FedEx (our standard carrier).
Q: Do I have to sign for my refurbished computer delivery when it arrives?
A: You will be required to sign for any delivery we ship you that is over $100
in value, unless it is a residential address. Residential addresses can
have signature delivery required by purchasing
Product Code 10005. We ask that you contact us if you
anticipate any concerns about the signature on delivery for your refurbished
computer (such as arranging the pickup, absence at the shipping address, etc).
Q: After I have placed my order for a refurbished computer or refurbished
laptop, how can I check the shipment status?
A. Once we have completed the processing and
shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We provide
Shipment Tracking numbers for all product orders, including refurbished
computers and laptops. We ask that you please allow 3-10 business days
before calling to request tracking information. In most cases, you should
receive tracking info on your refurbished computers within a week, and receive
the computer at your shipping address shortly thereafter. As always, if you have
concerns or inquiries about the shipment of your refurbished computer order, you
